Very hard to communicate with, when I was able to get through to Jaime she requested a document and then never replied to my email and after that I had to call the office twice to confirm the email sent, she just told me that she was busy and asked me not to call anymore, very unprofessional
The Bees Nees agent that I was dealing with to buy an apartment played a very sly game with me. I was pressed to sign a contract without a witness and without consulting a legal professional, and had to deal with that for many years to come. The agent did not bother to give me a print copy of the contract. Be very careful to NOT SIGN anything until you've received legal advice, unless you can stand years of heartache and regret.
