I had noticed an issue with my hot water tank and so posted on a residents only group on social media asking for advice. Jon made contact with me and told me it would be a straight forward fix as it was most likely a faulty diverter valve, said he had a replacement part already and that he would come over that day, giving me a quote for the repair of £175 and told me that a new diverter valve is “not the cheapest of things”. New boiler fitted and replaced badly fitted pipework. An absolute first rate job from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the way things went as we were dreading it. Has made a huge difference. Highly recommend and will definately be using John again.

I highly recommend Bees Knees Plumbing. Jon serviced our boiler and actually did what should be done unlike previous engineers! Everything is now working how it should be. Jon is polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, reliable and great communication at all times. Thank you once again 👍

Bees Knees came out to look at our boiler when it was making the most awful noise...other companies had been and tried to fix it but wasn't able. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us, and they did it with a smile! Most importantly...the boiler is fixed! I wouldn't hesitate in calling them out for any work needed and would highly recommend! 🤗
