Recommendedwe brought in our 2 year old fancy rat yesterday. Even though we knew it was a strong possibility, it was still hard to hear she was terminally ill and didn't have much time left. we made the call to end her suffering. the staff allowed us to be with her through the whole process. they were patient and kind with our rat, and also with us. they made a terrible heart breaking decision a bit easier. if and when we are ready for another pet, they will be coming to Bee's Ferry.
We use to be happy customers here. Was rude to my wife. They completely messed up our dogs trifex renewal. Did not tell us we needed to have an appointment. Found out over weekend they didn't send the prescription to pharmacy as promised and cited we needed to bring our dog in. We then couldnt get an appointment before our dog was due for her next dose. Their only compromise was to overpay $50 for a single dose of Trifexus (in contrast 6 costs $100-110 from Costco) to get by until then. Essentially price gauging over the sit... read more
Dear Staff at Bees Ferry Veterinary Thank you all so much for your kind and thoughtful and caring support during the difficult time of having to put our dear Murphy to sleep two weeks ago. We very much appreciated you accommodating us with treatment in the back of the car, so that we did not have to put undue stress on her during her last minutes. I had taken My Grand dog to get her nails done. As I called I warned them about Her being skittish, around people and dogs, and Her Bark is Loud and intimidating but She is alll mouth. Well We get there. I was NOT informed I had to wait in my car for them. until 5 min before Appt. Do we wait. Nurse/vet Tech comes out with a MASK on. I said ma'am can u take it off. she is very afraid of them. So Then I was informed That moment She had to be muzzled. I wasn't informed about last vet visit.
