Mrs. Joyce is such a breath of fresh air. When I purchased my first home years n years ago I started working with her and let me tell you she is such a blessing. My business name was reported wrong so essentially i never had insurance maybe. Address was reported wrong. Insurance was canceled and I havent received any correspondence and the office won't answer my calls or respond to my emails. To get coverage again the other companies want a cancelation notice and loss report; I've received neither and they won't respond. The market for dealer insurance in South Carolina is hard to get.
