I found them to be a little unethical and overcharged for basic service. I have a newer furnace so I asked them to do an inspection before cleaning. They told me it was pretty dirty, and promised photos but then told me I would get them later on. After the cleaning Carlos ignored my calls for several days and I couldn't get ahold of anyone until I called in private. He reluctantly sent the photos and before and afters looked almost identical. Favian did a wonderful job cleaning out our dryer vent that extended at least 25 feet to the outside from the back of the dryer. He also had to climb a ladder on the outside of the house to access the vent outlet which was about seven feet up. He is both friendly and efficient and deserves a five star rating. I would recommend Bee’s Airduct Cleaning services very highly.
