We had the ducts cleaned in our home post basement renovation and spent about $1,200.00. The workers did a satisfactory job. My problem is with the service provided for the money spent and the subsequent rude attitude of the owner when questioned. Pre work, we asked specifically if ALL vents in home were to be cleaned, except those that specifically related to an additional furnace that is seldom used. We were told YES, by the workers. Bee's did a great job! The two-man crew was professional and nice. They were very clean (even wore booties, which I very much appreciated) and communicative as to what they were doing and why. It's a loud process, but they were as respectful as they could be and did a great job. A contractor in our house doing some work for us even commented on how detailed and meticulous they were! Bees Air Duct, there were three men who cleaned 15 ducts. did a Great job. Showed before and after pictures. Explained everything to us. cleaned up afterwards and were very professional. Would recommend.
