Had an amazing experience for Mother’s Day yesterday! My mom is allergic to chili peppers and let the server Alexa know. Then one of the managers (Adam I believe!?) came over and explained what was in the recipe and offered some chips and the sauce to try to ensure it was okay. It ended up being good, but the fact that he took the time to even do that was so thoughtful and nice!!! Our server Alexa was informative, kind and sweet! All around, excellent service!!! Amanda was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. She checked in at the perfect times, had such a positive attitude, and made us feel really welcomed. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Food is terrible, which is unfortunate because the atmosphere, when busy, is good and the service is good. Okay, it's now May of 2026. We decided to gice this place another chance. I'm really hoping they get their act together and I believe in second chances. But look at the beer they brought us. All three of them like this. Absolutely ridiculous! Great night out at Beer Town Newmarket! Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and quick. It gets busy on a Friday so book ahead — highly recommend!Â
