I highly recommend Beers Mallers for elder law issues. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and I regularly refer my clients who have elder law issues and guardianship issues to Beers Mallers.
Ryan Gardner is a nasty human, zero moral compass and I believe the only thing he learned in law school was the word hearsay. He is why attorneys are called slimy shysters! This guy drips with ego and entitlement.
Sadly I have to even give a star because doesn't deserve none! Ryan gardner is the worst , he was my child's fathers public defender and granted yes public defenders are trash you get 1 diamond in the rough and he's a true example of trash. He had no idea what the state had for him. Never went to vist him , kept him in the loop return calls back nothing! You play with people's family and lives isn't cool. Andrew grossnickle is a "lawyer" here. He is very effective at pushing false narratives. When I tried to correct his false given information , he mocked me. I guess it's funny to him watched someone's family getvlost in the court system. Then to boot he keeps seeing my reviews on here and confronted me in the court lobby. All of this 2 years after he was dismissed. Truly preverted outlook on his carrleer and very unprofessional.
