Took my ridgid vise in needed new jaw inserts, and foot switch needed work. Had them look at it to give me a quote, they sent me a quote stating that it would be 645 to fix, wich is high but need the machine for a job I will pay it. But if I didn't want the work done it was written that it would be 350 plus tax to get it back in pieces. I called to inquire about the 350 ridiculous charge and Stephanie stated that she typed wrong amount in there it was 250, they go off of what the item is worth new.
