My first interaction with Beer Roofing occurred after I had a tankless water heater installed in my attic. The roof vent installed by the plumber looked rickety and leaked when it rained. I called Beer Roofing. The technician built a new, sturdy-vent that does not leak. He also inspected the roof and re-caulked several other vents, for which he did not charge me.
