I am really disappointed to have to write this review. Last Saturday 09/27, I got a shellac pedicure & full set. The set did not even last 2 full days. I then went back to this same salon to get it fixed, and once again, it has fallen off not even 2 days later. I also would like to add that the first technician who did my nails was extremely rude and made me feel rushed/like an inconvenience when I told her I wanted shorter nails. I have been to Bee Q on Stadium a few times now for pedicures and always enjoyed the results. This time I took my 80 year old mother who has Alzheimer's. The nail technician who did my mom's mani-pedi was so patient and so kind with her and my mom had a wonderful experience that she loved so much she talked about it all weekend. My pedicure was as always, very pleasant and turned out beautifully. I am so glad I found this small, but clean and cozy salon and have had nothing but great experiences there so far.
Sad to write this review because I used to recommend this place to everyone. This past visit I got my usual gel-x set at 6pm and the polish peeled the same night doing nothing with my hands by 7:30 and continued to peel on 3 other nails within 24 hours. I contacted them Saturday morning and was told I would need to pay for a polish change/repair.... It's insane to charge $90+ for a set and get tipped 20% and not stand by your service quality.
