Chantrel Voss was great caring and fast for my grandma
When you’re having a bad time, you really need to go to a place like this. I walked in feeling helpless & left knowing people there to help. I forget the nurse practitioners name but she is amazing. As well as Jade (I believe thats her name) the front desk lady. They both deserve a raise! They are so caring & kind. I’ve been here a few times & I can easily say I’ve never had any negative experience here. They also get you in & out pretty fast. Again, shout out to NP & Jade. That are working today, the 9th.
This place shouldn't exist, let alone call itself an emergency center. They’ll tell you they aren’t comfortable treating you and send you to the ER. Don’t waste your time!
They send a med tech to my house around Christmas and she stole $200 in cash off of my dining room table. Still waited months for my money back even showing proof that she stole me. Ever since we showed them up one of the med techs stole from they never conveniently never have a med tech have a med tech available to come out to help me. Which is insane. I’m currently have an allergic reaction. I need steroids to fix this issue but a med should be sent to count but again no med tech available to come out but it let me book th... read more
My 2 year old son was sick and was denied any services because we weren’t able to pay a deposit but we asked for them to bill us the full amount and the representative said no pay $99 and we can bill you the remaining $100, And then he states if we try and bill you the whole thing, you won’t pay. His Rude comment wasn’t needed. Overall Terrible experience Don't bother with an unprofessional agency such as this.
