no issues with staff or doctor. the issue is with the billing department over charging for primary visits as urgent care visits, which is doubling my bill. Iam hoping others post any billing malpractice here so they can ✋️.
Better sign in online before you come. I just spent over 3 hours here. Was roomed and then waited an hour for the doctor to come in.
We just left here and we want to say, Thank you! The staff was very patient, positive, and attentive. They heard all of our concerns, we discussed what we do for our child, and they gave us feedback. Did not judge, further coached us, and directed us in the right direction! This is what we wanted when we decided to go to them. I can’t stress how great of an experience it was for us at this urgent care. 10/10.
Open Easter Sunday made everything easy. Had to change my review. From 5 to 3 stars. I paid out of pocket $199 for the appointment. I was told I needed to meet via zoom for a follow-up consultation. I asked if it would cost and was told no. When I logged in I was not connected but was told I had to pay $99 for the consultation I didn't even think was necessary in the first place. This was not a great experience. I then received a text message saying I was a no show when I told them I wasn't going to pay again.
