Rude receptionist and hangs up on people, very unprofessional for medical practice!
The staff here are awesome and make you feel welcome.
Receptionist staff were helpful and kind, directed me to the blood test waiting area. Blood test was quick and easy.
The new receptionist staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Moreover during my visit a couple of times, they told me that i don't have to pay (bulkbill) and after few hours they called and informed me that i have an outstanding fee. I don't think they know what they are doing.
