The new receptionist staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Moreover during my visit a couple of times, they told me that i don't have to pay (bulkbill) and after few hours they called and informed me that i have an outstanding fee. I don't think they know what they are doing.
New reception staff are rude and unprofessional. They are abrupt when talking with you and at times dismissive. Often you’ll find them talking amongst themselves and when you approach the desk, they will be short with you and almost annoyed for ‘interrupting’ their conversations.
Used to be great, not so much lately. There seems to be a real training deficit in their reception staff, we've had multiple instances now of Medicare rebate stuff-ups by them where it's been necessary to drive to Medicare and the surgery to resolve, wasting a lot of time. The reception staff have been very unhelpful in resolving issues they've created. We've missed out on spots with specialists as referrals have been lost, so I now demand copies.
