Discusting Management at Lifestyle suppose to be a supportive friendly place for our vulnerable Clients.Continuous change of Staff says a lot about the place. Not good enough.
The treatment of staff by management is highly disrespectful, treating the general public and their colleagues with deference while in uniform. This behaviour extends to the senior management who appear indifferent to the disrespectful and discriminatory treatment of staff. It is concerning that this is the standard of care for the people they are responsible for. If you are an elderly person, this situation would be particularly distressing.
