12/3 they charged my widowed mother on fixed income almost $700 for two leaky shower valves, one of which still leaks. Literally just a cartridge change and another pointless cartridge change on the other. We told them it's not the cartridge (already tried) but the tech insisted. We're using someone else who correctly identified the problem at the rough-in shower valve. Beene is just another inexperienced or scoundrel plumber.
It would be impossible to find more hard-working, caring people to work with!
These guys rock. Great owner ! Great company!!
