Alex with Beene was awesome!! He was friendly and efficient. As he was on his way he called to ask a couple of questions so he could come prepared and not waste any time. He communicated with me throughout the entire process of fixing our water heater and gave me a quote (with no pressure) on what it would be to completely replace it. We will for sure be using them again for all our plumbing needs!!

July 25, 2025 One of our shut off valves under our kitchen sink had developed a steady leak and was causing a watery mess. Our house is 34 years old and my wife and I decided to replace both valves and we needed help so we called Beene Services LLC who are located in Broken Arrow where we live. 12/3 they charged my widowed mother on fixed income almost $700 for two leaky shower valves, one of which still leaks. Literally just a cartridge change and another pointless cartridge change on the other. We told them it's not the cartridge (already tried) but the tech insisted. We're using someone else who correctly identified the problem at the rough-in shower valve. Beene is just another inexperienced or scoundrel plumber.
