1st and last visit as the staff here documented my visit incorrectly from March that i stupidly paid for upfront not knowing the difference in what i should have been paying. I have requested billing to correct and re submit the invoice for the visit as a wellness visit since that is what it should have been and have been arguing this mess for months now. Dr Sattar is a caring and compassionate doctor. She always addresses my concerns and answers my questions.
Dr. Sattar took the time in explaining ALL CONCERNING factors on my health... Very patient
The physician may be a good doctor but her staff are rude and unprofessional. I went through the insurance website AND the UT website to find a new PCP. Both showed Dr Sattar was in network and serves as a PCP. I scheduled and went through their waitlist and finally got an appointment. I spoke with someone Friday before the appointment stating that they were in network but my insurance showed another physician as PCP.
