She gets the job done! She asks questions & is very thorough.
1st and last visit as the staff here documented my visit incorrectly from March that i stupidly paid for upfront not knowing the difference in what i should have been paying. I have requested billing to correct and re submit the invoice for the visit as a wellness visit since that is what it should have been and have been arguing this mess for months now. They do not answer the phone, they do not call you back. They keep sending messages that say you will get a response back in 2 business days but they take weeks to reply on... read more
