Today was my son’s first visit with Beena John & she was AMAZING! Very attentive, sweet, & kind She actually took the time to LISTEN to what I had to say & my concerns. I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I know I made the perfect choice for my sons needs ☺️
Visited Medicure clinic this morning after searching for 2 months for a provider in-network, and Beena John was wonderful. Her bedside manner was fantastic, and she made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns, I didn’t get the name of the girl up front, but she was also very kind and listened without interruption. Beena was also very good about educating me on some of my concerns as well without just slapping a prescription on me and calling it a day. Dr. was real nice & helpful...but the office smelled of sweaty gym socks.
They don’t like to give out referrals and they don’t communicate well , never available to speak to patients over the phone and the young girl up front will talk to you Like you’re a child.
