I got my haircut here today and I haven't stopped crying. Worst experience. The lady cut off more than I asked especially in the front my hair is already thin, and now it's thinner. She kept insisting that it's good and exactly what I asked, and asked me to smile at the end. I started crying in the chair! While the staff are sweet, I have noticed their thread was changed. Their new thread is extremely painful and often breaks easily. They also been making mistakes while threading my eyebrows.
