Absolutely appaulled. My aunt was transferred to this home apparently after an episode. We could not find where she was. They did NOT contact any of my family. A month ago they put her into hospice and we found out last Wed. Thankfully my mother was notified (her previous social worker, before initial nursing home before transfer, was contacted to get any information) and got to see her that day, she passed that following morning just before 5 am.
