My rear tire collected a nail heading into St. Louis late Thursday, no big deal i had a tire patch kit....wrong..in my last minute rush i forgot it...Friday morning i called several shops and (shop owner) Alex was the only one who answered his phone, now i was already thinking about replacing my rear tire but Alex convinced me a plug would work then as a bonus he rounded up a tire plug kit and gave it to me, i was in and out of there in 15 minutes, I cant say enough about how rare it is to find a shop like this. 99.9% of BMW Motercycle dealers/shops won't fit a traveler in for an oil change only, tried it. Alex dropped what he had going, fit me in and got me home. Outstanding service and consideration for customer needs.
Last couple hr decision to get first service done. This guy really helped me highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very nice and saved me big time with my last min call.
May 2024 While riding Route 66 i scheduled an oil change at Beemer cycle works for Tuesday Mat 28- 9:00 AM. Got there to find Aleksey waiting for me at the door to his shop. We made quick introductions then Aleksey took my bike for a test ride. I had asked hm to check the functions of the speed shifter Upon return (5 minutes later) he brought the bike right in the shop and got started on the oil change. Top notch. Better than new detail. Flawless. Straight forward. Honest. Can't say enough good stuff about Alex & his business. The R1200rs I bought from him on a Saturday evening had an additional 600+ miles on it by the time Sunday night rolled around! Lol. This is how all motorcycle business should be run! Thanks, Russ
