Called them on Monday, they returned my call and said they’d try and call round that evening or book them for the Thursday. I text the address as requested….nothing. Text again asking to confirm the booking for Thursday….nothing. Tried calling…..nothing. Waste of space and a joke of a business.

could do without the language.. I can't believe that he feels that that language is ever becoming of a professional! Noone ever deserves to be sworn at by any professional body regardless of the situation.. this business clearly needs to learn some manners

Friendly and helped us out temporarily when nobody else available. Reassured us the problem wasn’t as bad as we’d been led to believe and seemed to sort it quickly. Call out charge but nothing more. (Update - sadly came back from holidays to find leak back and kitchen floor soaking) so the problem wasn't sorted.
