Left an insultingly low, unsolicited evaluation for our home on our doorstep. It had incorrect square footage, bedroom count, and was only compared to homes sold 2020 or before. Either entirely dishonest or amateur hour. Regardless, not a good way to do business. Very unprofessional.
Cathy is amazing! She goes above and beyond noting every detail and handles everything from start to finish! She listed the home, highlighted the features, taking the time to have detailed photos taken, and it sold immediately.
