Regularly visit this place and it’s always amazing
I’ve been going here for years and love everyone there! It’s super clean and everyone is so kind and professional.
I will preface my review by saying I came in the evening at around 5:30 on 09/08/2025. I normally go to VIP nails in Buford but the drive is longer and I wanted to go to a place closer to home. I wanted to do a video on my experience but, again, it was very late so I opted out of documenting the experience. The woman who greeted me and sat me was very nice and offered me water. I went in on a Wednesday to get a gel manicure. By Friday the top coat had peeled off- something that has never happened to me before. On Saturday I went into the nail salon to explain the situation and without hesitation they gave me a new gel nail set. I was expecting to pay something but they were very apologetic that I had to come back and refused payment. As long as I’m in flowery branch, I’ll be their client!
