I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service and repeated mistakes made with my order. I placed a simple to-go order and clearly explained my requests from the beginning. I asked for a sweet tea, and the bartender brought me an unsweet tea instead. When I explained that I had specifically requested sweet tea, I was then told the restaurant does not even carry sweet tea. the service was horrible and there was only one nice person which was the owner of the resturaunt. was on school field trip and i almost didnt get my food, me and my friend got seperated.
Went with my school on a trip and got separated from group. Friend almost didn’t get his food.
