Extremely pathetic service! We lodged our visa with her. First, she delayed it for 2 months and never replied to our follow up emails. When I wanted to check the application myself, which she was against even though the Department of Home Affairs encourages it to import the application she still advised us not to. Sharon assisted with my visa application, but once it was submitted, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The Department of Home Affairs contacted her requesting additional documents, but she never informed me. As all communication was sent directly to her, I had no way of knowing my application had stalled for several months.
