Sharon assisted with my visa application, but once it was submitted, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Extremely pathetic service! We lodged our visa with her. First, she delayed it for 2 months and never replied to our follow up emails. When I wanted to check the application myself, which she was against even though the Department of Home Affairs encourages it to import the application she still advised us not to. The Department requested additional information, but she never told us. The Department contacted her again, and she still didn’t inform us. She is only good at writing emails. That’s it.
