Have been seeing Dr Aleh Bekar for 7 years now at two different practices, not only does Dr Bekar take the time to get things right, he is empathetic, listens to your needs, suggests changes and alternative care or medication, Dr Bekar genuinely cares and makes sure everything he does, is within your best interests, I have been so happy with Dr Aleh, I now have another 3 Family members listed as his patients. Tried to speak to a receptionist but no one there to take the call. I pressed another number and ended up with a hopeless AI robot who did nothing but cause frustration. It was 12:40 when I rang. Your office should close at 5 according to the internet. Why couldn't a human being assist?
Win Yu Htwe is the rudest and loudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. She misled me about my wife’s Medicare claims and then when I finally got the money processed she questioned my claim. It had been processed as a private health appointment which is incorrect as they’re a fully bulk-billed practice. They never showed me any blood reports and waited for at least 40 minutes when the clinic was empty. This place is not recommended. Please go somewhere else.
