Terrible experience. Arrived for a nuchal ultrasound after emailing and phoning to double check that everything was in order (as the dates are very specific). Attended to find out that my appointment wasn’t booked (even though I had a confirmation). They said they would squeeze me in and after waiting half an hour, turns out the stenographer is not qualified to do these types of scans. Always had great service. All staff have been professional and polite.

The lady on reception was extremely rude, 2 days in a row. We are still awaiting x-ray results two days later. Not sure why we went through emergency care, we wouldn't been better off with our local GP (and faster).
Great front desk. Always accomodating to make asap appointment radiology people also make you feel comfortable . Injecting dr who visits really good and recommend. Happy to travel the 30 minutes to get there Very happy with all staff there
