I would never recommend this service to anybody after my experience today. In future, I’ll be going elsewhere. See below Via emails that I sent to DB imaging today. My aunty had a CT done here last week and the radiographer was useless. She was in the room for an hour at least, he could not get the contrast injection in and kept jabbing her until finally seeking assistance from nurses. After she had the contrast injection he did not do the scan! He told her the CT machine was not working properly because it is almost the end of the day and handed her all her paperwork and told her to leave and come back another time! If i could rate this joint a 0 stars they would get it. 2 times we have booked and tried going there and 2 times they have stuffed up. Booked the wrong scans. Didn't take doctors orders on a priority scan and all they can say is sorry. We are now $100s out of pocket more and they 'tried to call around'. I made 1 phone call and got another scan booked within minutes. Terrible!!!
Was lucky enough to get a same day Ultrasound appointment. From the moment I phoned, to the moment I left after my appointment the staff was so friendly. The centre itself is kept clean and welcoming. A special thanks to Angela who actually carried out my scan - she was just wonderful. Highly recommended
I have always been there for x-rays, ultrasounds and even for steroid injections. I find them very friendly and efficient. They are very prompt with time, they do not keep you waiting. I will continue to go back to BD Imaging for all my radiology needs. I highly recommend them.
