Seem to be severely understaffed. Young girl on front desk is lovely but it is just her on the desk most days. In the waiting room the phones are non stop ringing and I asked the girl about it and she said that she is supposed to have another receptionist with her to help so she can only answer a few calls every here and there. Wait times were okay but xray scanner is a bit odd. Overall good experience but get some more reception support for the sake of everyone.
Been waiting on hold for 53 minutes so far. This is unbelievable. Call the surgery next door to see if there is a problem with their phones to be rudely told that they are busy. Still no excuse to be put on hold for this long.
As a long time client of this clinic, I’m very disappointed with the service provided and will not be returning. Got a 12 week ultrasound over 3 weeks ago and requested to be emailed the images. Got told the link was faulty multiple times which I understood and left a few days in between hoping I would receive an email with the suggested new link. Radio silence. Awful service by one X-ray technician today. Extremely rude, abrupt, unprofessional and inappropriate. The employee rudely tried to make me leave my young daughter alone with him for an X-ray. Entirely unnecessary and after refusing I lodged a complaint in person with the centre manager. All other staff have been great to deal with there.
I would never recommend this service to anybody after my experience today. In future, I’ll be going elsewhere. See below Via emails that I sent to DB imaging today.
