This company is exceptional. Dominic was quick to respond early Monday morning to a request left on their website Sunday afternoon. Spencer was at my house by 11:00 to assess the issue. I got a bid and the job was started Tuesday morning. Spencer and Vinnie did a great job going above and beyond in every way. It took awhile longer and they stuck with the bid. I cannot say enough about he integrity of this company and it's crew. Thank you thank you thank you
These people were great. First I talked to Dominic on the phone. We set up an appointment and James came out and pumped out my two septics. He was on time, very friendly, very professional, and did a good job. Later, I talked to a woman in the office whose name I didn’t catch, but she was also very nice. For two septics, it was a lot of money, but not out of the normal range. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with them and would recommend them.
We recently had some repair work done to our septic system, leach line failure (the tank was overflowing after our tank was pumped a couple years ago). that included a new baffle, installation of riser, they Hydro-jetted the leach lines and new lid for tank. Beeler Excavation provided exceptional customer service in that Dominic Flores explained everything that was going to be done to the system in hopes we could revive it, and that's what was done. thank you, Beeler excavation and the hard workers who made this happen.
