I had completed the precheck-in a couple of days prior. When I arrived about 10 minutes early for appointment the system wanted me to check-in again. The associate resolved the issue. I was brought into examine room at the scheduled time. The nurse was polite and professional. Dr Li knocked on door announcing himself. As always Dr Li was polite and professional. We reviewed my medical history and medications. Discussed current concerns. Prescriptions updated and tests ordered. Overall a good appointment.
