Do not move in — filthy unit, broken promises, and rude management. Would rate 0 star if possible! This apartment is absolutely horrible, especially the management team. Do not move in if you expect a clean apartment. I moved in this month, and the unit was disgusting from day one. It was obvious no one had cleaned before I arrived: dust on top of everything (which is basically dead skin cells from the previous tenant—gross) and hair everywhere. I reported this immediately. I believe I’m one of the people who stayed at Beekman the longest, and I can say my last four years in Ann Arbor were wonderful here. The entire apartment team has been consistently kind, friendly, and supportive. The maintenance team always took great care of any emergencies, even late at night. The staff at the Beekman office are fantastic. From the day we toured the apartment for our daughter, until the day she moved out, Kaitlin has been exceptional. She was always available to us (we live out of state) and to our daughter whenever we needed anything or had questions and/or concerns. Kaitlin is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very patient! Oh and there is Carson.
