Inconsistent service. Very disappointed in my last visit. I know that qld beekeepers are experiencing extreme difficulties with varroa mite, but I came in ready to buy with a list of stuff, and was met with the frustration of a toddler whose iPad had been stolen. I can’t control the previous encounters that staff experience and find it very disappointing to have that frustration dumped on me because of the last 20 customers all asking the same questions. I ordered a vented bottom board from this company. The construction is excellent the timber is dry unlike ozbees. Most of there beehive equipment is still sappy and wet timber. Aimie is a absolute pleasure to talk with. Big thanks.
