After seeing Kristine, the Nurse Practitioner, on a Thursday, a Stat MRI was ordered for the Thoracic spine. Kristine promised to call Friday with the results. My husband could not get the MRI done at any of the Advent locations that day. We were willing to go anywhere. He did get an appointment for the next morning at 7:30 am. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amin. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Amin took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Amin to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician.
My visit with Dr. Amin was a good one, but your scheduling service is the worst I have ever encountered. Dr. Amin gave me a referral to the pain clinic. I have called four times to try to arrange an appointment. Each time your automated system has told me I would be called back. I have heard nothing.
Dr. Amin is a man's man. If your over fifty you'll understand that statement. He is very professional, a no nonsense surgeon. You need surgery, let's do it kind of guy. When you meet him in person you feel like you've known him your whole life. He is bigger than life. He believes in himself and he believes in his practice. But most of all he believes his patients.
