Beehive provided prompt and detailed resolution to tankless water heater. Original installer did a poor job and missed many standard installation features that Beehive corrected.
Ron came to look at our water issue and was so kind and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure exactly what the issue was, so he helped us diagnose next steps! It’s so easy to feel taken advantage of by service companies and I did not feel that way at all. Definitely trust him!
Once again, I am reminded of how important Plumbing, Heating & Air technicians are when you need them. I started at 3 o’clock this morning looking for help on a Saturday morning. The bottom line is beehive came through for me. Mark was our technician and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable very efficient, personable, and I felt safe with him doing the work. I hope there isn’t a next time, but if there is, I will call Beehive.
