I have been a volunteer at Bee Hive Assisted Living in Missoula, Montana almost three years. This time has been very fulfilling and happy. Each resident is precious and are cared for in a most respectful, loving, caring and positive atmosphere by their conscientious staff. My husband has moderate dementia and has been at Beehive for 9 months now. I feel very good about his life there! It is a homey atmosphere and the residents have strong relationships with one another and strong and positive relationships with the staff. I can walk in unannounced at any time and they are always welcoming and kind. I bring our dog and she delights the residents! Lovely facility and great staff. Mom needed more care after recuperating from a fractured hip. She has a private room with her own bathroom. All home cooked meals are prepared in the open kitchen/dining area and eaten together. There is a large shared living area and a puzzle usually under construction. There are group activities and outings to enjoy and lovely walking paths around the facility.
My husband has been at Beehive for 6 months. It's such a relief to not worry as the care is excellent! The staff are attentive, thoughtful and very loving. Meals are planned and cooked in their kitchen. Nothing is premade. Residents are kept clean and groomed and always have clean clothes on. The "memory care" unit is amazing. My Grandma has been living at Beehive Homes for several years and she is so happy every time we come for a visit! She is well cared for, loves the meals and outings, and especially the celebrations! Thank you for such excellent care!
