Recommend a facility that values basic professionalism. Shouldn’t require a packet to be filled out, if you can’t simply follow-up with an applicant. Suggest re evaluating.
Beehive homes is a place to work if you have the compassion and love your job. It's a beautiful place for your loved ones to go because it's not a large facility and they don't get over looked like large facilities. The staff is friendly and loving. Sometimes you get angry staff who are not willing to abide and are there for a check and not the compassion working with memory care. Please disregard some of the negative reviews from recent staff who were not cut out to work with others and the residents.
In my recent departure I appreciate the time I got to spend with you all. You all are an amazing group and it certainly made it hard to leave.
My 85 year old mom just moved in, and absolutely loves it! The nurses and staff have gone above & beyond to make this transition a smooth one. Highly recommend The BeeHive off Elk River.♥️
