Memory Care done right. In addition to all the other fine comments listed below, I will add: 1) Excellent staffing by caring professionals. Grace Lewis, the Executive Assistant Director, works hard to give the caregivers the schedules they want. She staffs up during busy times, so the caregivers are not overworked nor are they exploited. Northwoods provides exceptional care for my mom and the other residents! As an RN in the senior care industry I was delighted to find such a wonderful place for my mom. They truly provide personalized, attentive care and go the extra mile to work to meet the needs of the whole person.
