Northwoods Senior Memory Care Suites is absolutely outstanding. We cannot say enough good things about the facility, staff and owners. We are so overwhelmed with the outstanding care that they provide that we have now decided to move our other mother from Bloomington up to Northwoods so we will have both my mom and my wife's mother at the same location. Memory Care done right. In addition to all the other fine comments listed below, I will add: 1) Excellent staffing by caring professionals. Grace Lewis, the Executive Assistant Director, works hard to give the caregivers the schedules they want. She staffs up during busy times, so the caregivers are not overworked nor are they exploited.
