We purchased a house from someone who had lived there for decades. Since we didn't know the history of the HVAC system, cleaning the ductwork was one of our first projects. There was definitely years of dust inside.
We were in escrow and the buyer demanded duct cleaning within 48 hours or they would cancel. I called this company in a panic at 5 PM and they were at my house at 9 AM the next morning and provided a certificate of cleaning for the escrow company. They saved my $650,000 home sale! Ultra-fast, understands real estate deadlines, and provides documentation. For urgent real estate needs, they are lifesavers.
The vents had years of dust built up inside them, and I honestly had no idea how bad it had gotten until they showed me. After they cleaned everything out, the difference was easy to notice. The vents look so much cleaner now, and the air in the house feels fresher too. I'm really glad I decided to get it done.
Jak is always helping us out!! I've used them numerous times and have never been let down!!
