I have been trying to get a HELOC refinanced to get my wife's name off the LOC. We have contacted Beehive for weeks with no contact back. Finally talked with a branch manager who gave me mortgage contact. Bart (the mortgage contact in Idaho Falls) was very rude to me and my wife. All we wanted to know was the status of the refinance and to have communication and he was very resistant and rude. Avoid this person as much as possible!
