Absolutely terrible service! Picked up a van from these a couple of months ago. Before we even got it home it had a warning light come on and of course in the middle of summer we noticed the aircon didn’t work. Contacted them and sent it back to be fixed… spoiler alert! It’s was not fixed!! The same issues were there and I have no idea how they even let it be sent back to me. Staff aware how far I traveled on a Sunday and waited past closing 4pm for my arrival. Vehicle was purchased within a few minutes however staff seemed bit down I didn't need their financial help. Very helpful though...well priced vehicles. Will buy again if they have what we need. Bought a VW CARAVELLE and thankfully they were closed....nearly took a Volvo XC90 as well!
Car was not serviced, not properly valeted, needs tracking done, bonnet needs respray, every tyre diffrent,already changed front brake pads, would have given it back but needed it for holiday
Very efficient and quality service thanks I'll be back again for my next one
