My Mercedes Benz E250 started overheating because the engine fan stopped working. I rang Khan and Blake who were already very busy. They said don't worry bring it in and by the afternoon it was diagnosed and confirmed that the fan was toast. They ordered a GENUINE MB part that came quickly and installed it straight after. Went in to change my cluster came out $400 in the hole now my steering wheel controls don’t work and I’ve got an engine fult light, absolute donkeys! Stay away! Had someone else rectify there stupidity and from what he said, it looked like a lazy 5 year old had wired it up, disgusting!
Took my car in to get a stereo installed when I got it back the air conditioning controller didnt work it was on permanently.. it has been great during winter. Also my steering wheel controllers dont work anymore. They told me they didnt know how to connect the steering wheel and they spent hours trying to figure out how to connect the air con to the new system. They charged $450 and for what ?
