Super friendly staff and very tasty food. Had such a wonderful experience here unsure of what to get and the staff pointed us in the right direction. Really great manager at the store even added a mash on top when we last minute changed our order. Some music in store would be nice but overall very impressed.
We came to the beefy drive thru around 12:30ish. We waited at the speaker for 5 mins and not one person served us or even just greeted up. We drove through to the last window and asked if we can order. We see told that they were out of pies and they had a 15 mins wait on them. We asked for the gluten free ones (dietary requirements for one of us) but they were an even longer wait of almost 40mins! We left hungry and very disappointed. Very disappointing experience at Beefy’s. We’ve come here 4 times now and have tried to withhold giving a bad review and give them another chance but I think our experience today was the last straw. Our previous experiences coming between the hours of 12-2:30pm were bad because we were served at the drive-thru and told that they didn’t have any other stock available other than vegetarian pies or a steak kidney pie. The Husband & I have started to go for breakfast every second weekend and amazing Ollie was awesome. Service was quick, friendly and food nice and fresh.
