Had to try it for the hype. It was not bad but I can say I prefer, by far, another beef joint in my village of Woodstock. The food: Fries were greasy and not crisp probably due to the lunch rush cooling the oil too much. I do like that they use tallow. The cheeseburger was good- I like the toasted brioche bun but that might be better suited for a double cheeseburger for the meat to bread ratio.
