Please be careful buying from this location! They have a known issue with their POS system where they charge your order twice. I used my debit card and was charged twice for a transaction. I called and spoke with the store which was no help at all. They wanted to provide me a credit rather than give me money back. I then was connected with one of the managers about this issue who is not located at the store. The charge eventually fell off after 5 business days. Love the food - french fries are great! However, the music was so loud. I asked the staff if they could turn it down, and they said they can't. It's set.
Great! Awesome customer service! They forgot my fry and I went back and they gave me an extra fry!
Everytime you ask for something, extra straw, napkin or ketchup they always forget. How hard is it to remember to add these things. They don’t come out of your paycheck.
