Very nice and customer service was great.
I ordered burgers for takeout, they were not made as requested, I called the restaurant and told the lady about my order, she apologized profusely! Within an hour the store manager called and apologized for the mistake and offered a full refund for the burgers. That's what I called good customer service! As a Peachtree City resident I'm glad to have a good place for dining.
My family and I cannot stop coming back For a myriad of reasons! Every menu item I've tried has been delicious, which is a toast to the chef, by the way! The atmosphere is never too busy--just the right amount of available seating and TV's to just "enjoy". Ultimately, it's the service that makes this the place to be. They bring a vibe that's inviting, for which they ALL have regulars! Hats off to THIS Beef 'O' Brady's location!
I'm not impressed! I ordered a "Philly cheese steak" that definitely wasn't what I received. It looked and tasted like ground beef. I basically paid $16.00 for a overpriced cheeseburger instead. If I wanted a burger I would have ordered one!
