We have frequented this restaurant for the last several years. It has had its ups and downs. On a recent visit we were served by Alyssa. She is an absolute gem. She is always friendly and efficient. So why a two star review? Because this establishment's menu is comprised of 80% finger food and one must request a napkin. All the napkin dispensers have been removed from the tables. We are Lutz Locals and frequent this establishment weekly and we love ALL of the bartenders as service is ALWAYS 100%. Today ownership closed the doors when the workers came in for their shift with no advance notice. COMPLETLY CLASSLESS AND HORRIBLE! Seems the only issue that Beefs has (across the board) is their garbage disconnected corporate mentality. Your TEAM deserved better and YOU (Corporate) SUCK!!!!!!!!! The bartender Sarah is very good at her job and attention to detail. She was taking care of a full bar and half the dinning room and service was still amazing. I recommend going to see her if you ever get the chance.
