Ordered some bits of beedspeed on the 3rd of aug and they still havent arrived i emailed beedspeed directly to get a refund and there wasnt even a response, order still says pending on their website so it cant be lost in the post. Over 1.5 months and still no sight of it or a return. Worst company to buy parts from online, I've been waiting 16 days for a battery and I can't get a reply, I still haven't received my product. I've already sent several emails, they don't reply... and when I call they say they have up to 48 hours to reply.
I have dealt with this company a few times and previously had no issue with communication. This last time however I returned a part and was promised a credit note which I was waiting to have confirmed on receipt of the part. On not hearing anything after the part was returned, I followed up with several phone calls and emails which went unanswered for nearly 2 weeks.
