I have dealt with this company a few times and previously had no issue with communication. This last time however I returned a part and was promised a credit note which I was waiting to have confirmed on receipt of the part. On not hearing anything after the part was returned, I followed up with several phone calls and emails which went unanswered for nearly 2 weeks. Twice I've ordered from here, both times the order never turned up. Should have learnt my lesson the first time. Shambles.
AVOID BEEDSPEED Customer service is appalling Rang to sort a faulty seat and it's been a nightmare dealing with these people,
I don’t know if this company has gone out of business recently but after returning a part with the promise of a credit note, nobody responds to any communication. Emails go unanswered and nobody ever picks up the phone. My advice would be not to deal with this company as you will lose your money!
