I don’t know if this company has gone out of business recently but after returning a part with the promise of a credit note, nobody responds to any communication. Emails go unanswered and nobody ever picks up the phone. My advice would be not to deal with this company as you will lose your money!
Ordered a rear rack from the website, a different rack to what I ordered turned up. When I rung up to get assistance in making the return I got through to a pretty blunt and not very helpful person that hung up on me. ‘Management’ then rung me back and started telling me I was in the wrong for their mix up. He swore at me telling me I wasn’t listening, before then swearing at me again and hung up. Beedspeed went through some issues. However I take as I find. I recently special ordered some seats for my sprint and I say as I find the delivery was ahead of schedule and the purchasing experience was excellent. They even now ring you back if they miss your call. We'll done Beedspeed. Don't be frightened to give them your business they're back in the game.
