Had a 40min appointment for mental health care plan which cost me $160 (never have I ever paid for a mental health care plan in the 8 years I’ve been attending the surgery and seen different doctors each time) Then for the doctor to look in my eye was an extra $138 absolutely disgraceful! I’m not a patient. But I did pop in one day to bring some afternoon tea in for a doctor who is a relative of mine. She was with a patient at the time which was okay. I have a lot of difficulty communicating when I’m out and about, and I’m quite nervous around strangers. The reception ladies were very gentle and kind, introduced themselves to me, and asked me about what I was doing during my outing which definitely brightened my day immensely. Magnificent service from all the Reception Ladies from my first visit and experience in this Doctor’s Surgery last week, especially Sharon, followed by wonderful caring attention from their nurses Claire and Libby and a quick positive diagnosis from Dr Kylie had me feeling very comfortable and on my way to a speedy recovery. Thanks to you all so much, I highly recommend and commend the service and staff at this Doctors surgery. Michael

Update - Changed star rating for the detailed reply: I called at 9 this morning, as a new patient. Spoke to Rachel. Was asked if I had cold or flu symptoms, explained that I didn't and that I was just needing a referral to pathology. She then said the soonest she could fit me in was the 4th of March, more than a month away. Confused, I checked she didn't mean 4 February, 3 days away.
