I was a patient recently. Very good food, great OT/PT/Rec & Soc Work staff, most of the nurses are very good, the aides are about 50/50. Understaffed, very poor response time (30 mins if you're lucky), horrible sanitary practices (mishandled urinals), I was freezing most of the time. The wrong place for anyone with dementia

I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the incredible team at this healthcare facility. During last night’s heavy snowstorm, when conditions were difficult and many people were unable to travel safely, the DNS went above and beyond by staying with us throughout the entire night. Her dedication, leadership, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I came up to visit my uncle who was recovering at Beechwood, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care he has received. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of their patients. From the nurses to the therapy team, everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure his comfort and recovery. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
