Amazing experience. Lovely staff and trusted /reliable branch. My sales rep Matt was lovely, clear and quick! All agreed touch ups/ fixes to the car was no problem and done within 24hrs. He was transparent and made the experience and enjoyable one. So thank you very much! Was a great first time experience buying into Mazda and I would highly recommend :)
Bought a mazdacx5 2017 . People who work there are fantastic, so kind, so amazing. After Bought the car i had a little problem with it, they came all the way From Derby to Chester to collect my car, so they can fix it. Such a lovely people. I wish you all the best for 2026
Visited this Mazda branch for a car service multiple times over the past few years. Staff are welcoming and give great customer service but the service itself is definitely not worth it. Better worth spending the money elsewhere at other garages, where for the same price or cheaper will change more parts and do a better job. Had my car serviced elsewhere yesterday, noticed that Mazda don’t even change the cabin filter having it serviced there for nearly 5 years. We collected our new CX-30 from Beechwood Mazda yesterday and I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Rob Yip. This is the first car I've bought from Beechwood, although they have serviced my MX-5 for the last 6 years, so I will definitely use them again in the future. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (and their coffee is excellent). The new car unveiling is a lovely touch but in all the excitement we forgot to take a photo.
