Have the same experience with what many others here have noted. Minimal to zero response time and defects everywhere from issues they created either by themselves or the trades they picked. Go elsewhere and get a house in half the time with less mistakes.

Absolutely horrible, have let so many people down. They do not build the houses properly and refuse to fix the multiple issues that THEY created in the first place! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I have the same problems as many others, unresponsive to correspondence, cracked cornices, poor gyprock finishing,uneven door frames, cracked tiling. The list goes on.
When we were searching for our for ever home, We always consider Beechwood home. We walked into the display home at Thornton and felt so welcome, from the time we walked in the door to the time we signed our contract.I can not fault Mandy and her knowledge to all product.She was alway there to assistance us in with what ever we needed. Once our build started Dave was amazing, He kept us up to date on a weekly bases. We would get phone call and text message every step of the way.
